Consider what hinders and what encourages the expansion of the Jesus and his Gospel in our lives. Together we must identify the weights and sins that weigh us down, lay them aside, and look to Jesus.

  2. In James 3:2 what does God tell you about ALL the members of Christ Church?
  3. According to Hebrews 12:1-2, what is the opposite of stumbling? (What is the one main imperative in Hebrews 12:1?)
  4. What are the 3 things you must do in order to “run with endurance”?
  5. What “weight” do you need to “lay aside”?
  6. What “sin” do you need to “lay aside”?
  7. How are you doing at “looking to Jesus”?
