  1. According to 1 Peter 2:9-10 what is your new identity?
  2. According to verse 9, what is your mission as a member of God’s new community? How are you doing at living on this mission?
  3. What specific war is most often being waged in your soul? (Vs. 11)
  4. Is there a specific way your conduct is or is not honorable? (Vs. 12)
  5. Are you living close enough to those in darkness that they have an opportunity to see your good deeds? (Vs. 12)
  6. What is your plan of attack for perceiving Jesus as more excellent and marvelous over the next week? Month? 100 Days?

General Questions

  1. Know Jesus:
    • What does Jesus want you know about Himself in this passage?
    • What does this passage reveal about the character of the Trinity?
  2. Love Jesus:
    • How do these truths about Jesus stir you to love, treasure, and savor Jesus more?
  3. Live for Jesus:
    • What is Jesus telling you to do, believe, or change?
    • What are you going to do about it?
